When I responded and told them the router was the highest risk unit on the network, they went silent. Anyone have any input on how I can update this thing? I've noticed my Hitron CGN3AMF modem is using outdated firmware (version 220.127.116.11). According to this thread Rogers has been pushing newer firmware since the beginning of the year, and at least one Fido customer was able to get the update from Rogers directly. A few months have passed since then, so I wonder if Fido can now push this newer frimware or if it's still to be done via Rogers' support.
